To subscribe, sign in to the app, verify your email, and open Settings → Account → Subscription. Stripe handles the payment. You can cancel whenever you like and keep the paid features until the period you paid for ends.

Billing questions
How do I subscribe?
Sign in, verify your email, then open Settings → Account → Subscription and pick a plan. Stripe runs the checkout, so HomeHero never sees your card.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from "Manage billing" on the Subscription page. You keep the paid features until the period you paid for ends, then you're back on Free. The data on your devices stays put.
What if I cancel Sync?
Each device keeps its local copy and carries on as a free app. They just stop syncing with each other.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. It's in section 5 of the terms.
Are there limits on AI?
There's no monthly quota. A rate limit of a few requests per minute keeps one person from hogging the service.
Do AI features work offline?
No. They send the photo or link to our servers, so they need a connection. So do sync, sharing, billing and email reminders. Your local inventory works offline in the Android and Linux apps.
